Common campaign states
- Active: can be considered for traffic when every other eligibility rule passes.
- Pending: waiting for review or another activation condition.
- Paused: intentionally not participating in normal delivery.
- Banned: blocked from delivery by moderation or policy.
An Active label does not guarantee an immediate view. Credits, targeting, unique-view rules, schedules and traffic-quality filters still apply.
If you clone a campaign, the clone starts with zero credits and can start paused/pending review so you can safely adjust it before traffic begins.
