Use Forgot Password
From the Login page, choose Forgot Password. Enter the email or account information requested by the recovery form and follow the instructions sent to your registered email address.
If the message does not arrive
- Check Spam, Junk and Promotions folders.
- Confirm you entered the email address attached to the account.
- Wait a few minutes before requesting another message.
- Add the site's sending address to your allowed senders if your provider is filtering it.
If recovery still fails, use Contact Us or open a support ticket. Do not send your password to support.
