Forgot your username?
The Login page includes account-recovery options for members who know their email address but no longer remember the username they created.
When contacting support, provide the registered email address and any non-sensitive context that can help locate the account. Never send your password, password hash, recovery token or payment credentials.
Security: support should not need your existing password to help identify your account.
