A completed sponsor view may be moved to your pending review balance when the platform detects several risk indicators. Examples include repeated captcha failures, several accounts sharing a network or device, unusually rapid activity, shared payout details, or an optional external IP-reputation signal.
A pending reward is not a rejection. It has already consumed campaign delivery but is unavailable for withdrawal until an administrator approves or rejects it. Approval moves the amount to your earnings wallet. Rejection restores the advertiser's delivery or returns the affected campaign amount.
Do not create additional accounts or repeat the campaign while a review is pending. Contact support with the view or campaign details if you believe the hold is incorrect.
