PTC Platform collects information you provide, including your username, email address, account preferences, support messages, advertising campaign details, payment references, and withdrawal information. The platform also records technical and usage data needed to operate securely, such as timestamps, browser details, hashed network identifiers, captcha attempts, completed views, referral activity, and transaction history.
2. How information is used
Information is used to create and secure accounts, verify ad views, prevent duplicate accounts and fraud, deliver campaigns, calculate rewards and commissions, process deposits and withdrawals, provide support, send service messages, measure performance, enforce platform rules, and comply with legal obligations.
3. Cookies and sessions
The platform uses essential cookies and session storage to keep you signed in, protect forms, remember interface preferences, and prevent abuse. Disabling essential cookies may prevent the service from functioning correctly.
4. Payment providers
Payments may be handled by providers such as PayPal, cryptocurrency processors, Skrill, Square, Cash App, banks, or other configured methods. PTC Platform generally stores transaction references, status, amounts, fee details, and limited account identifiers rather than complete payment-card credentials.

Account, ledger, payment, advertising, security, and support records may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the service, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, satisfy accounting requirements, and comply with law. Some records may remain after account closure where deletion would undermine these purposes.

Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used, including password hashing, encrypted secret settings, CSRF protection, restricted uploads, audit logs, and privacy-preserving hashes. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so users should use a unique password and report suspicious activity promptly.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of certain personal information. Requests may require identity verification and may be limited by legal or fraud-prevention obligations.
