1. Agreement to these Terms
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of PTC Platform at https://demo.scriptbucks.com/ptc-platform-php-script. By creating an account, funding an advertising campaign, viewing sponsored content, or otherwise using the platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement in your location. You must provide accurate information, protect your login credentials, and keep your email address current. Unless the administrator expressly permits otherwise, each person may maintain only one account. Accounts may not be sold, transferred, shared, or created through automated means.
3. Member earnings
Member rewards are earned only after the platform verifies the required viewing time and any anti-fraud challenge. Displayed earnings are not guaranteed until credited to the account ledger. Attempts to automate views, bypass timers or captchas, manipulate referrals, use prohibited network tools, or create duplicate accounts may result in withheld rewards, balance reversal, suspension, or termination.
4. Advertising campaigns
Advertisers must own or be authorized to promote every submitted destination. Campaigns are subject to moderation, delivery limits, available inventory, and the terms of the selected ad pack. Prohibited content includes unlawful material, malware, deceptive downloads, phishing, impersonation, hate or extremist content, unauthorized intellectual property, and any material the administrator determines presents an unreasonable risk.
5. Deposits, fees, and refunds
Advertising deposits may be processed by third-party payment providers. Provider fees may be added to checkout when configured by the administrator. Advertising credits are not bank deposits and have no cash value except where the platform explicitly provides a refund. Completed delivery is non-refundable. Unused campaign balances may be handled according to the platform's refund policy and applicable law.
6. Withdrawals
Withdrawals are subject to minimum amounts, account verification, fraud review, available payment methods, and processing times shown on the platform. The administrator may request additional information, delay a payment during a reasonable investigation, offset reversed or fraudulent credits, or reject a request that violates these Terms.
7. Referrals and contests
Referral commissions apply only to eligible direct referrals and verified activity. Self-referrals, misleading promotion, incentive abuse, and duplicate-account referrals are prohibited. Contest rankings may be adjusted to remove fraudulent or reversed activity. Rewards are paid only after results are finalized.
8. Service availability and changes
The platform may change features, reward rates, ad packs, limits, payment methods, or these Terms. Reasonable efforts will be made to protect credited balances and active campaign commitments, but uninterrupted or error-free service is not guaranteed.
9. Suspension and termination
The administrator may restrict, suspend, or terminate access for fraud, abuse, security risk, non-payment, prohibited advertising, legal requirements, or material violations of these Terms. Where appropriate, the administrator may preserve records, reverse invalid transactions, and cooperate with payment providers or lawful authorities.
10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. PTC Platform does not guarantee earnings, campaign results, conversions, uninterrupted access, or the accuracy of third-party content. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the platform and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, or lost data.
