Network sync failed

Credentials

Confirm the integration is active and its Publisher ID/API key/App ID/secure hash are saved correctly.

Review Admin → System and network sync history for HTTP/API errors or unexpected response structures.

Saved credentials are intended to persist. If test calls fail, diagnose the provider response or permissions before replacing working credentials.
