Checkout flow
The platform creates a PayPal order and redirects you to PayPal for approval. On return, a successful capture can complete the deposit. Server webhooks provide an additional payment-event path.
Do not refresh into duplicate credit
Deposit crediting uses provider transaction information and idempotency protections so retries should not create duplicate advertiser balance.
If a deposit stays pending
Check whether PayPal approval/capture completed. Administrators should also verify PayPal credentials, webhook configuration and payment logs.
