Confirm the provider shows the payment as completed and review the corresponding server webhook/IPN logs. A browser redirect alone does not guarantee the backend accepted the payment.

Zelle deposits intentionally require manual administrator reconciliation.
Provide the deposit ID
If you contact support, include the internal deposit ID, provider, amount and approximate payment time.
