Include

  • Your publisher account username or account ID.
  • The offerwall and visitor UID/SubID used for the session.
  • Offer, campaign or survey name and provider if visible.
  • Approximate click and completion time with timezone.
  • Transaction/reference shown by the advertiser when available.
  • Browser/device and any exact on-screen completion message.

Do not include

Passwords, API secrets, full payment card data or authentication tokens are not needed for a missing-credit investigation.
