Why an offer is not visible on an offerwall

Common reasons an active database offer may not appear for a particular visitor or wall.

Eligibility filters

Visibility can be affected by country, device, wall inventory settings, minimum payout, campaign status, schedule, caps and hidden-offer preferences.

Upstream inventory

A synchronized offer can become paused or unavailable after an upstream network update. CPX inventory is additionally user-specific.

Troubleshooting

Compare the Offer Marketplace with the hosted wall, review the wall filters, clear only the intended hidden item, and run a fresh network sync if upstream availability changed.
