Why a payout entered risk review

Common reasons a payout can move to Review instead of normal Pending.

Risk score

The payout engine evaluates account risk, amount, destination and configured thresholds. Large or unusual requests can receive additional review.

Destination consistency

Unexpected changes to payout destination or destinations associated with risk rules can raise the score.

What to do

Do not submit repeated duplicate payout requests. Review your account details and wait for the existing request to be resolved; use support if staff needs additional verification.
